For your discretion, our service vehicles have no company markings on them.

Our pricing is very competitive and fully transparent.

Our staff are all qualified to British Pest Control Level 2 and ???, with the exception of our trainee pest control employees, who will always be supervised by a fully qualified and experienced pest controller, allowing the trainee to gain valuable experience and work towards their qualifications in pest control.

All staff are fully DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checked and certified. Certificates can be produced on request.

The company is a member of the National Pest Technicians Association (NPTA)

We as a company only use licensed quality pest control products.

We are fully insured and hold public liability insurance.
 

Pest Surveys

The importance of a methodical approach cannot be overemphasised.

The survey is designed to identify the pest species involved after being reported, through understanding its behaviour, biology, ecology nutritional needs and harbourage.

Signs of harbourage and activity must be looked for and reasons why the infestation has become established. 

We investigate for a friendly environment for the infestation, good food supply, water, shelter, cover to hide and escape predators (if any). 

Risk Assessments

At all times the safety and wellbeing of people and non-target species are of paramount importance. The environment and property must be taken into account when using insecticides and rodenticides before, during and after treatment.
